![]() ![]() chown/chmod or even the Shared Folders permission screen (just reapply permissions to a user's home directory). Then guessed that QSync hides all the files within a user's home directory => /share/homes/username/.Qsync/* I'm not entirely sure what you're still going off about - as if knowing the name of my folder was "Work" is going to solve the problem, or that I use both Windows 7 or OSX 10.9.Īnyways, I stared at that /share/Qsync folder with its useless Notice.txt for a while. Please review article: When you're asking a question, please include the following, particularly Question #1 thereof. I'm trying to help, but with nothing except vague ficticious information provided, I can't help. Still no "real" path information provided for your " specific folder". ![]() There's some sharing options in the QSync app for sharing with 'the team', but this folder belongs to the QSync owner and isn't accessible. Perhaps if you provided "real" information we could provide some troubleshooting commands for you. What are the File Permissions and ACL's present on your ficticious "folder "A". I'd like to solve this as I want to be able to trust QSync. I have not rebooted the NAS yet (as suggested here ). I'm not really worried, I have the data mirrored (on the Mac, as well as a replicated folder). Logs within QSync seem to be strictly about Creates/Modifies/Deletes, nothing about reads, so I'm not getting anywhere there. Thoughts on debug approach? I've restarted QSync by enabling/disabling it from its App. I can list their contents in File Station and QFile, no problem. QSync client on OSX won't finish syncing anymore, likely because it can't read from folder "A". QFile says "Error loading the current folder". If I try to read from folder "A", it states "Permission Denied" in QTS File Station web UI. ![]() So I have 3 folders in one of my user's Qsync. ![]()
